Monthly Golf Packages
By subscribing to the Unlimited Monthly Golf Simulator Subscription (the "Subscription"), you (the "Subscriber") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your subscription.
1. Subscription Overview
The Subscription provides unlimited access to the golf simulator, subject to a maximum of 2 hours per session.
Access is available during the facility's operating hours and subject to simulator availability.
The Subscription is billed automatically on a monthly basis until canceled by the Subscriber.
2. Payment and Billing
The Subscription fee is $350 CAD per month for Open Bay & $420 CAD per month for Private Bay, plus applicable taxes.
Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month, based on the initial sign-up date.
The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring valid payment information is on file. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of the Subscription.
3. Booking and Usage
Sessions must be booked in advance through the facility’s online booking system or by contacting staff.
Each session is limited to 2 hours per booking.
Member must be present for the entire duration of the booking.
Bookings are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed during peak hours.
The Subscriber may not book consecutive back-to-back sessions to extend playtime.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
The Subscription may be canceled at any time by the Subscriber through their account settings or by notifying the facility.
Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or mid-month cancellations.
5. Facility Rules and Conduct
Subscribers must adhere to all facility rules and guidelines.
Misuse of the golf simulator, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in suspension or termination of the Subscription without a refund.
The facility reserves the right to deny access to any Subscriber who violates these Terms and Conditions.
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
The facility reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, including pricing and booking policies, at any time with prior notice to Subscribers.
Continued use of the Subscription after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The facility is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of the golf simulator.
Subscribers use the facility at their own risk and agree to hold the facility harmless from any claims related to their participation.
